"Kristin was awesome fast responses and best rate with good coverage. It was 100$ a month cheaper with insanely better coverage. To top it off i got into an accident and was so lost and they not only walked me through it but found a tow company and repair shop and had my rental all ready to pick up. "I’m not very familiar with car insurances and such so I reached out on Facebook for some help as Progressive was charging me $370 for liability only, with very little on my record. Samantha reached out to me offering to give me a quote. She was very kind, responsive and explained all the things to me i didnt understand. "My household has had David Shin State Farm as our Automobile Insurance for years - at least 10 years. David states that it 3 years - they have only be the office holder for about 3 years. Today we learned that they are no longer going to serve as our insurance. We had two cars stolen within a short period of time. We have had no wrecks or tickets. The stolen cars were no fault of our own and were totaled. This is horrible service. After years of loyalty to this office to have our insurance dropped over situations that are were not in our control and has had horrible financial impacts on our household - shame on them. Why have insurance if the reason to have coverage is why they cancelled our plan."

"Dallas, I'm so sorry to hear about what you've experienced and how you're feeling. Upon checking on my records, it states that you've been with us for less than 3 years. I first want to say thank you for your business during those times. I also see that you've had your car stolen twice and we've paid out the claims both time with fair values and in a timely manner. Insurance is a legal contract between you and the insurance company and we cannot go outside of the contract. So we kept our word and our promises to you when you've had your car stolen twice. Now our office has little to no influence on whether you are non-renewed on your insurance policies. We are the messengers. Our underwriters are the ones that make the non-renewing decision. So if you felt like we didn't provide great service as an office, that's something we can definitely improve on. But if you're saying that because we're non-renewing you and giving you ample time to search for another insurance carrier and that's having horrible financial impact, I'm sorry that you're feeling that way. Our agency isn't perfect and we have room to improve. In this case, I'm sorry you're feeling that way, that's not our intention in any way. We want to make sure we're doing the right thing for the company and for the customers. I hope and pray your family is okay and that you're able to find a great solution for your situation."
