"Since I came to State Farm for my insurance, every experience with working with them has been nothing but pleasant. Details of everything within the policy are clearly explained, and there are no grey areas that leave me having to ask for further explanation. Every interaction is met with a friendly person and I never feel hesitant to contact someone if I have a question. When I call about anything, if my call can't be taken right away, it's usually returned within five to ten minutes at most. Customer service is fast, friendly, and efficient. The overall experiences I have had with State Farm have made me glad that I made the move to have them for my coverages. To add, my last connection with State Farm and Kelsey from the Lake Oswego office, She was an amazing help with giving additional information and informed me that, because I had been a loyal customer hitting a three year mark with them as my insurer, I had received a loyalty milestone and a lower rate. I love how informative that State Farm has been since I went to them for the coverages I need, and they don't hesitate to reach out to let me know of any changes in my insurance, or if they just haven't heard from me in a while. Definitely a major shift of experience from what I had when I used to be covered with Progressive. Very glad I am with State Farm."
